Accessibility
What we have done to make this site usable for everyone, and how to tell us about a problem.
Last updated: August 2026.
We want this site to work for everyone, including people using a screen reader, keyboard navigation or magnification — and to work on a bad signal, on a cold night, on a phone with 6% battery.
What we have done
- The phone number is a link on every screen, sized as a tap target rather than a line of text.
- Every page works from the keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline and a skip link to the main content.
- Text and background pairs were checked against the WCAG 2.2 AA contrast minimum before the design was built.
- Headings run in order, landmarks are used properly, and form fields have real labels rather than placeholder text standing in for them.
- Animation is decorative only and switches off when your device asks for reduced motion.
- Text reflows to a 320 px viewport and zooms to 200% without clipping.
- Images that carry meaning have alt text; decorative shapes are hidden from assistive technology.
- Nothing loads from a third party, so the page is usable on a weak connection.
- The site works without JavaScript.
Known limitations
The enquiry form is delivered by a third-party service, so its error messages are not fully under our control. If you hit a problem, call instead.
